Internship : 快要一个月了

哎哟，真的觉得时间过得好快。
不知不觉，已经在那里做要到一个月了。
在那里，也慢慢跟他们混熟一点了。
只是。。。
他们还不清楚我的性格！哈哈。
真的很不好意思勒，我的性格不是你们想像的那样啦。
说我斯文？
说我害羞？
说我可爱？
各位跟我很熟的朋友，你们觉得有吗？哈哈。
三个月后，他们会不会还搞不清楚勒？
希望他们快快发现，要不然我真的很内疚，LOL。

在那里做工，我真的觉得我很开心。
感觉一直有人请我吃，真的很排写。
也谢谢他们像照顾妹妹那样地照顾我。
我真的是没有一天饿到的。
时不时，其他部门的人就会打电话叫我们去拿蛋糕来吃。
要不然就试试ah chin uncle研究出来的新口味零食。

还有勒，我真的觉得来这件公司做工，不会有便秘的效果勒。
因为我几乎每天都在那里大便。
哈哈哈！说我恶心也好，可是我真的一直有那个感觉嘛。
真的很排写勒。
可能厕所太干净，太舒服了。
我也真的很受不了我自己耶，去到哪里，大到哪里，哈哈。

新的一个月到来临了，我也要调到另个部门了。
希望还是可以遇到weixin,ahhao说说聊聊。
那个hao哥真的很好笑。
从他那里，我学到很多非常lame的游戏，我回去Kampar要跟你们玩！哈哈
猜到答案真的是非常有满足感！

经过两次的presentation，我觉得我比较好一点了。
可能因为跟他们熟吧？哈哈。
这两位哥哥姐姐啊，真的是对我太好了。
每次口头禅就是，“来，我有一个神圣的任务交给你。” 哈哈。

昨天下午有一个stuff sharing。
这是公司一个月一次的sharing。读完一本书，然后跟大家分享内容想法。
昨天是weixin小雯的sharing，教大家如何促进好人缘。
总共有六大要点。
尊重，谦恭，体贴，反省，真心，忍让。
这些都是人人都懂的，可是能做到的又有几位呢？所以真的要慢慢学习啊。

上个礼拜，做了一天promoter。谢谢felicia给我这个机会！哈哈。
这次是帮nutella面包酱promote。
哇，我好喜欢这份工！因为很忙。
要一直切面包，涂面包，介绍人买。
忙的时候，真的没有察觉到时间过得这么快。
第一次看手表是十二点，第二次看竟然是五点！
我还以为手表坏勒，还去问别人。
所以啊，我开始领悟到了。
以后我不要找太轻松的工，因为我不适合。
我比较喜欢忙碌的感觉，哈哈。

今天就说到这里啦。

Internship : New things new friends!

Feeling now is
SO FAR SO GOOD. hahahaha.
They are soooo funny! and i like them lol.
Started to join them, but they havent discover my SIAO-ness.
I wonder, if they get to know that, will they avoid me? lol
oh ya, THEY are refer to my colleagues.
Im very glad get to know them.

Okay, from the first day till now, i have learnt many new and interesting thing.
Some i have learnt before, some are not.
Thanks god they are not that kind of supervisor or manager.
That kind? which means very straight and fierce one.
They are very kind and funny. Teach you in an INFORMAL way lol
Not very informal but at least not so formal la, if you know what i mean haha.

When ahhao come to work (after 1 week on leave), he brief me some projects that i need to in charge.
That moment, i was so scared.
Many question marks were on my head. I was thinking " im not a scientist, im just a normal student" lol
Those projects' name are very scary term haha.
So, we gonna work together to figure out those method of the high tech machine.
As i can see, work in Product Development Department is not an easy thing at all.
What we do are not just create some new products or improve the products.
The job scope really includes so many things.

Last week i've learnt about vacuum frying, spiciness of product and improvement of frying oil.
These 3 topics i just searching for info and then need to present to ahhao one day.
omg, i cant escape from presentation lehhhh.
Although he gives me some choices for the language i can use for present :
1. English
2. Mandarin
3. Malay
Well, if i havent hear what he say next, i sure choose Mandarin! But, the next sentence he said
" But, you must use one language thoughout whole presentation, cannot mix 2 language."
SHIT. He can read my mind.
Because those scientific term i dont know what they called in chinese, thats why.
I feel like i was threatened lol.
Actually i've already prepare all the slides, but i just not yet do enough mental preparation HAHA.
Okay, wait for him to ask this thing. How i wish he will forget bout this !

Next, it's bout sensory test.
HAHA. As you guys mention it before, it is true.
I need to test those snacks with MY MOUTH.
Okayyyy, it's fun. But the problem is this is so hardddd.
When they change some ingredients inside the sample, we must observe and figure out the difference between original and the new sample.
And most of the time, i just say " Very alike, i cant taste any difference lol "
Thats why thats not easy.
And the procedure for produce testing products need to be approved and it will produce in an big amount.
So, we cant simply change the ingredients and produce the testing sample.
If failed, it wastes money and time.

Tomorrow need to do some calculations about nutrition fact.
And, now only i realized that doing this needs a lot of procedure.
Measurement of every different composition of food needs different method.
Need to send to another lab-kind company to do the testing also.
That day ahhao bring me meet one supplier and probably go visit their lab one day.
If the lab and equipments are advanced and  price is not bad, then we can consider give her our products for testing purpose.
And i've learnt something throughout this short conversation too :)
Choosing a supplier is so not easy lehhh! very NAN ZUO REN.

AND im happy i was invited by them to join YiShun's birthday celebration next monday!
HAHAHA.
When they asked me, i said " You guys mind me join or not? Because i just know some of you."
Fortunately they very welcome me! and scare i dont want to go because of money or parents problem.
Come on, im 20 years now leh.
They keep treat me like a kid haha.
Thanks for take care me la, because of you guys, i wont get hungry ! lol

This is just second week of intership.
I wish i can get to know more things and know more about them ! hahaha
Those gorgor jiejie uncle auntie also not bad xD
And one thing, Ahhao keep playing some very lameeeee games with us.
Today i get to solve one game!!! OMG im genius! Still have lots of game waiting for me to solve LOL
When i go back kampar, i will ask you guys !!! (my coursemates and dabii)
HAHAHA! Wait me!

I miss you dabii!

This is the first time we separate for so longggg.
Quite torturing leh.
But no choice for me and you, this considered as one semester also :/
Im very happy back to bp and staying here for 3 months plus.
Home is the best!
Good thing always comes with some sacrifices. Hais.

I miss you.
I miss your hug, kiss, hands, tummy and so on.
I miss you so much.
I know you feel the same too.
The only thing that we can do now is WAIT.
This is a kind of challenge i think?
Indeed, they said this seems like very short, not considered as a challenge also. Not even 1 year long.
But, seriously, for the person that you always see, chat, or what, 3 months just too long for us.

Dabii, just take it as challenge for your study bah.
Im curious about this also.
Maybe your result will turns better when im not around you?
You always say i trouble you or disturb you LOL
Jiayou! This coming semester i believe you can do it well! ;D

Luckily, we have phone and webcam.
Now these things are the only contact way for us.
Faster make some SUPER ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY for touch sense.
Sight and Hearing are not enough to satisfy me lehhh. lol
I want touch you! this sounds like very geli.
But not really lor. Touch only ma. I want hold your hands and hug you!

I know you care MUSCLE thing a lot now.
But, besides proteins, you must take other nutrients as well okay?
Our human body cannot lack one of those macronutrients one.

弟弟的老板真差劲！

气死人。
这种是什么老板？
根本就是烂老板，没资格请员工。
不会替员工着想的人，就不配当老板。

不要误会，不是我的老板。
是我弟弟现在做工的老板。

当初说好请我弟来做什么？送货对吧？如果有空时才在店排排货对吧？
很好，说我弟弟没时间观念，你才没有。

送货这样忙了，还要怪他没回店帮忙kakak招呼顾客。
孩子的衣服每天还需要他去帮你拿？
你全家想要吃的东西还要他帮忙你去买？
你孩子吵着要吃东西，而且两个孩子吃不一样的东西，也要他去买？
1点放吃，十二点多送完货直接回我家大概12.45pm到我家，这样也要计较？
现在规定他送货完，要回店先，等1点才可以放吃回家？
每次买食物，不要请他吃不用紧，还敢放在他面前？
他买食物放着桌子，他还没吃，你敢拿来吃？
工作时间8.30am到7pm，没有公积金，全职，千一块，你好意思？
你不知道职员的权利，还有做工的law吗？

你真的是无药可救了。
多少的薪水，你就叫他包山包海，你以为你是谁？
请他来是送货的，不是当你家保姆的。
本来我弟和他朋友一起做这份工的，一个送货，一个顾店。
现在他朋友走了，你需要省钱省到这样吗？
才加一点钱就要做两个人的工，你虐待啊？

不要以为他年纪轻不懂事，他什么都懂，只是不想说。
跟你的缘分就要结束了，希望你快点觉悟，不要再这样对待下一个员工！

Internship实习！

今天是我Intern的第二天，感觉还不错，越做越顺德感觉，哈哈。
希望这是好的开始，当然也希望我有个好的结束。

目前我的工作就是坐在那里，从早到晚都在看journals。
每篇都好长。
从来就没那么认真地看过。
要我一篇一篇把重点打出来，说容易不容易，说难不难。

今天加昨天总共做好了二十个journals。
天啊，我的近视会不会加深啊？
不用紧，这一切都是暂时的！哈哈。
第一天忘了带最重要的东西-----冷衣！
冷到我直接把冷气关掉。
幸亏现在伤风好了，要不然我就得受苦了！伤风真的是好累。

坐在PDD经理的办公室里面，真的是好压力。
我竟然跟一整排经理在一起耶，超夸张。
而且，房间的隔墙竟然是玻璃的，我对着电脑不用紧，问题是也太开放了吧。
直接面向着四个经理。
害我伸懒腰还要偷偷地，哈哈。

第一天来接我的叫weexin，大我几岁，人很好，很可爱。
带我绕了整个工厂，介绍大多数的人给我认识。
尴尬的是，他们都懂我是我爸的女儿啊！我爸是不是在前一天播广播啊？
我真的很想低调。
对，忘了说。
原来以前那些一直来我家的爸爸“朋友”都是酱高级的啊？
原来全部都是经理，管工，我的天啊。
害到我，第一天看到他们要叫uncle还是叫什么-.-

现在坐在Mr Leong的办公室，他人很好勒，可不可以不要这么好。
真的好像爸爸的朋友在跟我聊天，我的感觉很不对勒。
他问：一整天坐在这里不会很闷阿？
我：还好啦。（心虚的表情）
他：哈哈，暂时的啦，等ahhao来上班，看他要分你做什么。
我：噢，不错啦做这个，可是我比较喜欢活动活动的啦。
他：哈哈，也是啦，那等他回来，我叫他给你做可以活动的工啦。
耶！太棒了！我听完后真的是差一点尖叫起来勒，哈哈，谢谢你Uncle!

今天跟QC经理还有weexin跟一个男的吃东西，他们其实都不会大牌，很有幽默感。
可是，这样让我很困惑。
因为，我真的不知道要叫他们什么勒。经理？Darren?
吃饭时，跟我们讲冷笑话，聊天，可是回到办公室，他就在隔壁，我又面向着他。
要怎样办？
我真的是还不会处理这样的人际关系。
慢慢来吧，给自己加油，也给朋友们加油！

对了，今天第一次一个人驾到酱远做工，路上大塞车，蛮恐怖的。
可是，我不怕。
我只是怕，我停下又要走的时候死火，因为很paiseh！
不过，我相信死火这种东西应该不会发生在我身上了啦，哄？
老母保护我，老母慈悲！哈哈。

我希望大家都能开开心心地去上班，还有学到不同的新东西！
我真的迫不及待地想要大家分享自己学到的东西耶，一定很好玩！;D
